As Director of Product you willplay a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionise the experienceof retail associates worldwideby intelligently connecting teamscustomers and services through bestinclass voice technology. Youwill have a proven track record in leading innovation spearheadingand guiding product vision and strategy and will becomfortableensuring that VoCoVos product processes technology andtalent align with our commitment to quality innovation andreliability.
In the role of Director of Productyou will provide clear leadership and vision. You will inspire andmotivatestaff to achieve excellence and mentor them to develop newskills. You will oversee our endtoend product lifecycle fromideation to launch (and beyond) including market research toidentify emerging trends customer preferences the competitivelandscape and will define features whilst maintaining a clear roadmap.

Requirements forDirector ofProduct
* StrongProduct Management skills with extensive experience in a ProductManagement leadership role.
* A proven trackrecord of developing and executing commercially viable productstrategies and successfully managing and launching products thatdrive business growth ensuring alignment with strategicgoals.
* Experience in leading and mentoring ateam of productprofessionals.
* Exposure to bothSoftware and Hardware centric product environments and anunderstanding of the product nuances when working across bothSoftware and Hardware.
* The ability to workeffectively with commercial teams and senior management as well ascrossfunctional teams including design user research andengineering.
* Demonstrable experience settingand delivering OKRs and KPIs.
* Strong leadershipand communication skills comfortable presenting to the wider teamand senior executives.
* An excelledunderstanding of product management tools and processes includingproficiency in agile methodologies product lifecycle managementmarket research techniques and data analysis.
* Adeep understanding of market trends customer needs and competitivelandscape to inform strategic decisions.
* Strongstrategic thinking and commercial skills including financialprinciples and metrics to ensure the product strategy drivesbusiness growth.
* Experience of building andmanaging highperforming product managementteams.
* Familiarity with user experienceresearch processes and best practices.
* Priorexperience of working in a scale up organisation together withglobal expansionplans.
Responsibilitiesas Director ofProduct
* Own and executeVoCoVos product vision balancing both customer and business needswhich should emphasise strategic product leadership and alignmentwith the companys overall vision andgoals.
* Work with the Executives and theLeadership team defining clarifying and reviewing key productobjectives as we improve our exiting product and launch in newareas.
* Develop and maintain a strategic visionfor the product portfolio ensuring alignment with the companysoverall business strategy.
* Oversee theproductplanning process by collaborating with crossfunctional teamsprioritising features defining requirements and creating theproduct roadmap for the entire product developmentlifecycle.
* Own the consolidated product roadmapfor key projects through a deep understanding of our space keyproblems customer needs and robust prioritisation. Whilstensuringit meets market demands and supports the companys longtermgoals across geographies.
* Help solve complexbusiness problems bring people together and deliver userfriendlyproducts that meet customer needs.
* Establishcritical and key client relationships be the voice of the customerand embed strong customer research practices within our productdelivery teams.
* Coach and lead a team ofProduct Managers Product Owners UX and R&D to deliverhighquality products in line with product roadmaps whilst fosteringcollaboration with engineering sales marketing customer service andother departments.
* Collaborate with engineeringand commercial team leadership to develop product roadmaps andofferings that align with broader business objectives pipelines andOKRs.
* Work in close collaboration with theproduct marketing development and sales teams to develop go tomarket strategies positioning messaging andpricing.
* Responsibility ofproduct suite ROI andstrategic delivery.
* Bring transparency andalignment across the organisation regarding product priorities andprogress.
* Monitoring the market landscapeconducting competitor analysis and staying updated on industrytrends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressingcustomer needs.
* Play a key role in definingdivisional product strategy and ensuring that all products meet thecompanys high standards for quality and userexperience.
* Ensure our product meets keyregulatory compliance data and securityrequirements.
