Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better. Working 35 hours per week, shift patterns are 7am - 2.30pm, 2pm - 9.30pm, 7am - 9:30pm and working every other weekend. Where you will be working
