Events Administrator My client is a leading organisation based in Lisburn, currently seeking an experienced Events Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, contract initially for 9 months (with the possibility of being extended thereafter). Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm and Fridays: 8.30am - 4pm (36.5 hours per week) - with the option of working from home 1 day a week. With a salary of £25,000 per annum. Job role: You will be responsible for providing full Event Administration. Essential Criteria: Previous Administration experience in an office environment. IT proficient with the use of IT packages such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while working under pressure. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Good attention to detail with an eye for accuracy. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Managing event contractors and service providers. Managing a number of the company attractions. Co-ordinating several competitions. Organising and managing bookings. Managing the Corporate bookings for Members and Meeting rooms. Administering various events group bookings Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring catering is organised if required. Undertaking various research projects. Managing the 'info' email account and responding or forwarding emails as required. General admin and high-level support for the Operations Director as and when required. Dealing with general enquiries on behalf of the commercial team. Preparation of management information. Maintaining register of contractors and service providers. Assist in the administration of third-party contractor accounts. Administration of commercial accounts. Provide a high level of support to the Sales & Business Development Executive and Group Executive Director to include preparation of minutes, commercial reports and meeting set-ups.
