The role's main objective is to contribute to the development and enhancement of a strategic data application within the ISG Data Solutions group. As part of the Exceptions Master Central (XMC) team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and engage with stakeholders across the bank, supporting Citi's data governance and quality strategies.
You will work on a leading system that serves as the enterprise's primary source for client reference data, improving its capabilities to meet business and regulatory standards. XMC offers services including data analytics, automated reporting, dashboarding, decision engines, workflow management, data governance, focusing on user experience and outcome-driven delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Lead integration of functions, understanding core client business processes, and collaborate with senior management to meet objectives and introduce new products and process improvements.
* Address high-impact, high-profile problems through detailed analysis of business and system processes, adhering to industry standards.
* Negotiate and influence senior leaders and communicate with external stakeholders as needed.
* Contribute to technical strategy and decisions, providing in-depth analysis to define problems and craft innovative solutions.
* Manage resources, assign work, mentor team members, and perform other managerial duties.
* Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding the firm's reputation, and escalating issues transparently.
Experience:
* Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
* Knowledge of multiple technology domains.
* Strong interpersonal, management, and prioritization skills.
* Proven track record in designing, building, and delivering strategic technology applications.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
* Attention to detail and ability to develop effective working relationships.
* Self-motivated with quick learning ability.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
