About the Role: We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established veterinary practice in South West London. This full-time role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with a generous salary and a variety of benefits. Location: South West London Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per year Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with 1 in 6 weekends Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Provide exceptional care and support to all patients, including pre-and post-operative care, emergency response, and general nursing duties. Work alongside a supportive team of vets and support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care. Take charge of clinical protocols, health and safety, and team development. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with stock control and ordering of veterinary supplies. Key Requirements: Registered Veterinary Nurse with RCVS membership. Previous leadership experience is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and engage with clients.
