Job Title: Service Charge Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Charge Manager to join our team at {company}. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of service charges for our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in managing service charges and budgets. They will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
A key aspect of this role is close working and collaboration with various teams, including Finance, Housing, Development, and Maintenance. This will involve communicating effectively with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and will be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service charges and budgets for our properties

Requirements:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
