ASB Case Manager We are seeking an ASB Case Manager to deliver a proactive and people-focused approach to tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and creating safer communities. Role Overview: Investigate and resolve ASB, nuisance, and hate crime cases within social housing communities. Take ownership of a caseload of ASB cases, supporting victims and enforcing appropriate actions. Act as the lead officer for hate crime and domestic abuse cases, ensuring proper intervention and support. Provide training on ASB legislation, policies, and best practices to internal teams and external partners. Work closely with police, community groups, and partner agencies to prevent and reduce ASB. Gather evidence, prepare witness statements, and attend court when required. Oversee the administration and management of approximately 2,800 social housing properties. Ensure compliance with housing laws, safeguarding procedures, and data protection policies. What You'll Need: Experience in ASB case management within a local authority, housing, or similar setting. Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law, and enforcement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a varied caseload. Experience in working with external agencies and legal professionals. IT proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate case records.
