2. 2 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.

Responsibilities
1. Deliver operational support to YouTube partners through email communication. Consult with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services, ensuring partner satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop and execute partner-centric business plans and growth strategies.
3. Drive, measure, and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
4. Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating findings into insights.
5. Contribute to the scalability of the Partner Operations team by developing solutions, driving efficiency gains, and conducting root cause analysis.
