Every day you will …
* Manage and action requests and queries that come in from our customers, customer engagement teams, and internal colleagues through the Diagnostics mailbox.
* Facilitate customer complaints for Diagnostics including updating the Navex system and meeting deadlines for containment and investigation of the complaints.
* Support with operational reporting and analysis and other requests that come into the team. There will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to learn Power BI and data analysis tools such as Alteryx.
* Support the Diagnostics Leadership team with various admin requests and responsibilities.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
* Experience working on Microsoft Office.
* Working towards or completed level 3/4 CIPS.
* Ideally previous experience within an Administration role.
* Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
* Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
* Work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required.
* Effective verbal communication skills.
