Role Overview As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This is a process-driven role suited to someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be supporting senior leaders, managing key workflows, and ensuring that business operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments for key stakeholders. Process Management: Own and optimise key business processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact between teams, ensuring clear and timely communication. Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update business systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Document Preparation: Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Problem-Solving & Proactive Support: Identify and address administrative challenges before they become issues. General Office & Business Support: Assist with any additional business operations and administrative duties as required.
