Accounts Administrator - Facilities Management - Brentwood, Essex We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join one of our well established Facilities Management clients. The ideal candidate will support the finance department by processing timesheets, invoicing clients, chasing supplier invoices and payments, and handling various other financial and administrative tasks. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely financial operations, contributing to the smooth running of services. Your New Role: Ensure timesheets are accurately completed by staff and contractors. Validate and process timesheets for payroll and invoicing purposes. Maintain a record of all timesheet submissions and communicate with employees/ contractors regarding any queries. Prepare and issue invoices for services in accordance with contract terms. Ensure invoices are sent out on time and follow up with clients regarding payment schedules. Maintain a system to track invoicing status and ensure accurate reporting for management. Monitor and track supplier invoices, ensuring that they are received in a timely manner. Follow up with overdue supplier invoices to ensure prompt payments are made. Maintain accurate records and files on financial transactions. Respond to internal and external; inquiries relating to accounts and invoicing. Ensue that all financial processes comply with relevant policies, procedures and legal requirements.
