We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Social Account Manager to join our fast growing agency. This is an integral role nestled in the heart of the social team responsible for a group of key clients, developing creative strategies to ensure they stand head and shoulders above their competitors.

🌟 The role
Reporting to the Head of Social and agency co-founders, you’ll sit at the heart of our social team, working closely with our content creators to ideate and deliver impactful content plans. From F&B and fashion to music and luxury travel, our client roster is diverse and global.
💫 What you’ll be doing:
* Client Relationship Management: Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts, becoming your clients go-to person, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Strategy: Develop strategic plans that deliver results, working with our creative team to create content that resonates
* Research & Ideation: Keeping on top of daily social trends and developments to keep your client accounts relevant and engaging
* Copywriting: Stepping into the shoes of each brand to create compelling copy that gets results, from clever community responses to creative content writing
* Scheduling: Delivering planned content to clients for feedback, iteration and approval
* Reporting: Regularly reporting on content and campaign successes, identifying opportunities for growth
👀 What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years in a similar role (agency experience is a must)
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Proven experience managing social campaigns for global brands
* Solid proficiency with all major social platforms and the ability to harness their native tools within
* Exposure to key social media scheduling tools
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Good experience with managing influencer and UGC campaigns
* A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow

* Competitive benchmarked salary between £35,000 - £45,000 per year (DOE) 💪
