What’s in it for you?
* Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our Sheffield office, 2 days from home.
* Salary: Up to £65,000 base + £40,000 commission.
* Type: Full-time, Permanent.

* Lead & Inspire: Manage a high-performing Inside Sales team, driving success month after month.
* Strategize for Success: Implement innovative sales strategies, leveraging white space analysis and value-based selling.
* Build a Dream Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent while managing performance for consistent results.
* Collaborate & Deliver: Partner with marketing for lead generation, ensure CRM accuracy, and deliver precise sales forecasts.
What We’re Looking For:
