B2B – Technology, SaaS, IT Senior Growth Marketing Manager Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home Every so often there’s a position that comes up which offers a genuine chance of ‘marketing ownership’ across an established product range. This is one of those roles, with a product portfolio already worth millions, you’ll be the person to drive forward the marketing strategy, planning and lead gen for a range being used by millions of people across the globe. The business is highly established, and an integral IT solutions provider operating at the pinnacle level within its space. They’ve got a pretty vast marketing function and they’re moving to a structure of product owned marketing, in verticals, and they’re in need of someone with a solid understanding of all of the fundamentals of running a total marketing solution, for a very strong portfolio. You’ll be primarily involved with the following: Marketing planning, with revenue and demand gen in mind Development of integrated campaigns and external comms initiatives – being the voice of that area of the business Ownership of targets, performance KPIs and revenue generating marketing tactics You’ll be writing your own playbook, hence why this role is suited to someone able to work in isolation (as the marketing lead for your products)… but with the support of a very well-resourced marketing enablement team You’ll work really closely with the product function, to ensure the value propositions are inline with the wider business and in particular… customer expectations. Development of content plans, digital marketing structures and campaign management. This role has no direct reports, so you won’t be bogged down with management… but you will have access to a vast amount of assets and a wider team with the sole task of supporting the product marketing functions and the wider business Overall, the business is looking to hire someone with a strong technology, IT or software marketing background… ideally someone who has owned either a range of products before or someone taking a step up from managing the total marketing solution for another technology business.
