The Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marco's New York
Italian Restaurant, an IHG Hotel opened in April 2024. This brand new
four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project for Blackpool including
retail units and improved public transport links, with a new tram terminal, all
within the Talbot Gateway central business district. The hotel boasts 144
bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms and well renowned restaurant Marco Pierre White New

As a Guest Services
Night Assistant at The Holiday Inn Blackpool, you will oversee the guest
service operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and welcoming
experience from check-in to check-out. You will provide exceptional customer
service, handle guest inquiries, and address any issues that arise overnight.
Your responsibilities will include supervising the front desk, coordinating
with other departments, ensuring the safety and security of the premises,
managing reservations, and offering local knowledge to enhance the guest experience
during their stay

What you'll be doing...
1. Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
2. Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.
3. Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow, bringing comfort even in the wee hours.
4. Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
5. Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
6. Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
