PB Logistics (Solutions) Ltd. is seeking to appoint a part-time office administrator to join the operations team. This is an additional position created due to ongoing business success within the logistic sector. Hours can be flexible but would focus around our core business times between 9:00am - 3:00pm.
Daily Duties:
1. Speaking to customers on the phone
2. Booking in deliveries with customers
3. Managing multiple email inboxes
4. Day-to-day office administration
5. Supporting other operations staff
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proficient with Microsoft Office
2. Good IT skills and able to learn new systems with ease
3. Excellent and proven levels of customer service
4. Be great at working to strict deadlines
5. Strong attention to detail and work well under pressure
6. Reliable, honest & flexible to assist with other associated duties
7. Confident when speaking on the phone
Please note: There is no public transport to the site so the successful applicant must be able to drive.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £19,500.00 per year
