Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the month end billing process, raising sales invoices and recording entries on the accounting system.
* Processing of purchase ledger entries as required.
* Assist in any banking or ad hoc accounts tasks as required.
* Supporting the Finance Team with other administrative duties as required.
* Attend any training or development course as may be required by the company to assist in the performance of your duties and responsibilities.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* 2 or 3 years + experience within an Accounts Department
* Exceptional English language skills and telephone manner
* Knowledge of MS Excel
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload within a busy team
* Experience with using accounting software
* Experience in entering payments
* Vocational learning or diploma educated
* Completion of basic accountancy exams is advantageous
