The post holder will be encouraged to be innovative and forward looking and will work closely with the Aseptic Quality Assurance Team to maintain and improve our high standards. Our spacious aseptic facility benefits from seven pharmaceutical isolators and a friendly and hard-working team of technicians and ATO staff.
You will be a registered Pharmacy Technician with substantial hospital aseptic experience, expert GMP knowledge and possess skills in both team and project management.
Our large Pharmacy department has an innovative approach to pharmaceutical care with floor-based medicines optimisation and management teams that utilise modern software applications to drive efficiency and clinical excellence. The Trust has recently introduced an all-encompassing EPR/EPMA system. We have strong links with the Medical School at Warwick University, the Department of Medicines Management at Keele University and the School of Pharmacy at Aston University.
