The Cleaning Services Team Leaderis a pivotal role in the delivery of service for our clientsprestigious site. As the Cleaning Services TL you must take fullresponsibility and lead the site cleaning provision. You will beresponsible and accountable for client satisfaction and teammanagement within the service.
Youwill be responsible for managing a team of 1020 cleaning operativeswith the workplace supervisors. The ability to build firmrelationships and deal with employee issues and concerns in vitalfor this role.
You will need toproduce regular reports and audits for Senior Management and beconfident in taking the lead in suggesting better ways ofworking.
You need to be an excellentcommunicator with a high level of customerfacing skills and takepride in the delivery of theservice.

ClientEngagement
* To ensure thecontract is run safely and efficiently to the required clientstandard positive safety culture
* Toliaise with client and monitor site delivery ensuring regular andappropriate communication.
* Client complaints andconcerns are investigated and rectified swiftly. Action is recordedand reported on to SeniorManagement
* Ability to liaise andplan with the client for services for upcomingevents
* Recognise when a clientrequest is outside the agreed cleaning specifications and liaisewith Senior Managers re charging the client for additionalservices
* To complete auditinspections with the Client to the KPI set within thecontract
* To deal with any customercomplaints or concerns within a timely and efficient manner toensure the issue is fully investigated with a robust action plan torectify created implemented and communicated back to the client.Please refer to Johnsons 1871 Ltd escalationprocedure
* To ensure the cleaningcupboard noticeboard requirements are met in full including healthand safetyliterature
PerformanceManagement
* Hazardsand risks are continually assessed and that team members areperforming their duties safely and with duecare.
* If subcontractors are toattend site you are to support and approve the sign off the workscompleted.
* Documents that affect thequality of work are controlled and filed for ease ofreference
* Work closely withworkplace supervisors to ensure supplies site cover and standardsof work are being delivered.
* Ensure all cleaningoperatives and workplace supervisors have all the necessaryinformation and training to performwell.
* Understand all shiftsspecifications and ensuredelivery
* To ensure adequate deliveryof Health and Safety and compliance ensuring all policies andprocedures are aligned with Johnsons 1871QHSE.
* To manage poor performance anddeal with in line with Johnsons 1871 Ltd disciplinary procedure andreport to Johnsons H&C managementteam.
* Ensure equipment and cleaningarea is kept clean tidy and in good working condition and reportmachinery faults andreplacements

* To plan cover acrossshifts when necessary communicating effectively with the team andstating the requirements of thecover.
