Rental Returns Agent
Location: Heathrow Airport
Payrate: £11.75ph
Shifts: 40 hours per week spread across 5 days out of 7 (Will include a mix of earlies, lates, weekends etc)

Logic 360 are currently supporting an industry leading Car Rental company based at Heathrow Airport with their search for Returns Agents. We are looking for customer service focused individuals to join the team to deliver a first-class service to all. As a Returns Agent, you will be responsible for successfully completing the final stages of the hire process and will be the customers final point of contact.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist customers with the return of their vehicle ensuring all administration and checks are performed accurately and efficiently.
Deliver prompt and efficient customer service within a dynamic environment.
When a car is returned you will do a vehicle inspection such as checking mileage, damage or, defects, and faults.
