Regional Operations Supervisor - Onshore and BESS
Join us in this role where you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operations of the asset portfolio, focusing on assets in South Lanarkshire and Liverpool, where you should expect regular site attendance. You'll oversee and manage the performance of the assets, maximising operational performance across a variety of technology types.

You'll be part of the operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will be driving site operational excellence across the UK and Ireland. You'll play an important role in:
1. acting as front-line interface to numerous stakeholders, such as outsourced O&M providers, landowners, and the system operator
2. delivering the safety, performance, and financial targets of the Asset Management function
3. tracking and monitoring the performance of the assets, utilising the Asset Management Information Systems and tools to maximise performance and minimise asset downtime
4. ensuring that work is carried out safely by the service providers, liaising with QHSE specialists, and promoting and applying safe systems of work on the sites
5. acting as the interface with the transmission and distribution system operators for operational communications, outage planning, operational switching, grid code compliance, and fault analysis
To succeed in the role, you:
1. have an analytical approach to your work, excellent organisational skills, and an ability to handle numerous tasks at once, without losing perspective
2. have a relevant educational background with substantial experience in the renewables industry
3. are able to create excellent results, both in a solo capacity and through teamwork, and develop good relationships with your colleagues and external business partners
4. are proactive and keen to identify and implement improvement initiatives and share best practice across the department
5. have a positive attitude and thrive within a growing and dynamic business environment
