We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Needs Team as a Housing Needs Monitoring Officer.
Your role:
The post holder will provide support and assistance to the Strategic Lead - Housing Needs, Operational Leads and Team Leaders, to ensure that accurate records, case management and data monitoring is always maintained in line with statutory requirements and service performance. To undertake auditing duties to aid the team in meeting the housing needs targets and be responsible for Government statistical returns as well as leading on information requests received by the team.
What you will need:
The candidate will have previous experience in working to agreed targets and deadlines along with proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
