Job Description
* Liaison with suppliers, confirming/managing purchase orders and arranging shipments
* Liaison with logistics partners
* Ensuring shipment data is accurately maintained on internal systems
* Administration of manufacturing work-flows and production orders
* Management of key company data

Candidate Profile for a Purchasing Administrator:
* Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent administrative and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
* Efficient work-flow management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks
