The Role
Your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals and achieve their qualifications. As the first point of contact for learners, you will provide the guidance and motivation that they need to flourish throughout their learning journey with Realise.
Please note that this opportunity issubject to contract win.
Whilst we can’t promise that every daywill be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Deliver SIA programmes, including First Aid, Door Supervisor, and Event Stewarding, in hubs or community venues.
- Manage a caseload of learners, ensuring tailored learning, accessibility, and achievement.
- Oversee learner administration, compliance, attendance monitoring, and CRM documentation.
- Conduct assessments, feedback, invigilations, and collaborate on quality improvements.
- Review learner progress, promote evaluations, and maintain Health & Safety standards.
- Embed Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, and core skills within curriculums.
- Participate in external quality assurance activities, inspections, and internal reviews.
- Represent Realise at events with learners, employers, and referral partners.

About You
- Inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.
- Teaching experience and strong subject knowledge.
- Recent frontline operational experience relevant to the qualifications delivered.
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32, D33).
- Occupational competency with commitment to CPD, including First Aid, Conflict Management, and Physical Intervention training.
- UK driving licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed.
- Some evening work may be required (discussed at interview).
