Responsible for working with a range of financial data including purchase orders, invoices, receipting, budgets and expenditures and producing timely progress reports on a variety of IT platforms. Planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and new information including chasing others for their timely and accurate input. Preparing and reviewing project proposals through to managing project-related paperwork, and materials to ensure accurate records kept. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: Educated to GCSE Level 5 in English and Maths or equivalent standard Experience: Proven experience of maintaining systems information and accuracy specifically relating to financial data. With experience of project work seeing things through to completion Skills: Exceptional organisational and IT skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. An intuitive worker who is results driven and thinks about the broader context, as well as being a team player and is able to influence to achieve the teams potential. To be an excellent communicator that builds appropriate rapport, summarises key facts, chooses appropriate communication format for the task. Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
