Role Overview: You'll be teaching students with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD, delivering personalised learning experiences and helping them reach their potential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement customised lessons to suit each learner's needs. Teach using adaptive methods in line with P Scales. Build strong rapport and create a nurturing learning environment. Promote positive behaviour through inclusive strategies. Support with personal care tasks where applicable. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available). Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply. Experience teaching in UK-based SEN environments. Confident in behaviour management and inclusive teaching techniques. Ready for a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM-3:30 PM).
