FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a Birmingham based property business. Suitable candidates will have experience of a variety of transactional finance duties such as the duties listed below. The business are offering salaries of around £25,000 & they are office based using Xero & MS Excel. Duties Will Include Process sales and purchase invoices Credit control Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations Bank reconciliations Process expenses / credit card transactions Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments Processing a small monthly payroll (Experience isn't essential for this as training can be provided) Supporting with VAT Returns (Experience isn't essential for this as training can be provided) Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders Matching invoices to delivery notes
