Senior Conference and Events Manager at The Excel, London £41,500 per annum

Purpose of role:
* To develop the leadership of our team and inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
* Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we are meeting expectations
* Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental finanical targets
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution
* Supervise event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery

Who you are:
* 3-5 years experience in Hospitality Management or demanding food environment preferred
* Knowledge in event management within the hospitality sector
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to lead others
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
