Job Summary: Responsible for providing outstanding levels of support to our customers through the provision of leadership, development and performance management of the team. Job Description: You will be responsible for the successful day to day management, delivery and improvement of all technical operations. Ensure compliance of best practice and Volaris guidelines regarding security, governance, risk and compliance for SaaS and corporate IT Manage the day-to-day operations of the SaaS infrastructure Full responsibility for the day-to-day management and continued development of the SAAS Team Acting as the key escalation point (both internally and externally) for staff and customers Liaise with Development and Data Services to refine and improve our continuous delivery systems for Sunrise SaaS services. Manage the budget for the SAAS environment Manage all contracts with key IT suppliers Provide management reports covering all aspects of the SaaS environment Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1
