FinTech Recruitment Solutions is working with a global energy business that is looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its fast-paced payroll team.
This position is responsible for processing a weekly payroll across various offices, locations and sites.
Key duties:
* Process payrolls from start to finish in a timely manner.
* Process payments in line with different pay agreements.
* Process new starts and leavers along with any necessary termination benefits.
* Compute and disburse occupational sick pay, SMP, SPP, and SSP.
* Coordinate with other departments to maintain open lines of communication
* Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
* Create reports for different business departments.
Candidates must have previous payroll experience, any candidates with offshore payroll experience are encouraged to apply.
