Job Purpose: As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating with Area Managers, Finance, Product, Warehousing, and Logistics teams. Your key responsibility will be managing customer orders across multiple systems and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities: Respond to pre-order questions about product specifications and availability across various communication channels. Provide friendly and efficient service to consumer queries at all times. Guide customers through the online ordering process when needed. Resolve post-order queries related to payment, shipping, stock allocation, invoicing, and delivery. Process returns and credits swiftly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Use a variety of software programs to resolve customer queries and manually complete orders when necessary. Perform daily fraud checks and intervene when required. Conduct order checks to ensure accurate processing and address potential inventory issues. Work closely with Area Managers and various teams to ensure smooth operations. Support colleagues as needed and assist with special projects. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with SalesForce Service Cloud and SAP is a plus.
