The Learning and Development Team are looking for a Manual Handling Trainer to join our team to support the delivery, implementation and continuous improvement of our Manual Handling Training Program. About the role As our Manual Handling Trainer you will play a critical role in delivering engaging and effective training sessions to ensure our new and existing staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care. Your focus will be on resident manual handling, equipment and empowering Eldercare staff through training, coaching and expert guidance in the correct manual handling procedures to promote a culture of safety. Your role will focus on educating staff on safe and effective manual handling techniques to promote resident centred care, workplace safety and compliance. About You: Strong understanding of manual handling techniques and workplace safety. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners. WHS or Training or assessment qualifications or equivalent (or willingness to obtain TAE) are an advantage. A passion for education and continuous learning Why Join Us?
