We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team, delivering high-quality care across both NHS and private patients. The successful candidate will be committed to providing patient-centred care, maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality dental care to both NHS and private patients, ensuring all treatments meet current best practice standards.
* Perform general dentistry duties including routine check-ups, restorative treatments, and extractions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS and General Dental Council (GDC) regulations.
* Develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs, particularly for private patients seeking advanced cosmetic or elective procedures.
* Ensure outstanding patient care, including educating patients about oral health and treatment options.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of hygienists, dental nurses, and practice management staff.
* Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and pursue continuous professional development.
* Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, NHS guidelines, and infection control standards.
* Contribute to the financial performance of the practice by ensuring effective use of clinical time and building positive relationships with patients.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).
* Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
* Performer number with NHS England (or ability to obtain one).
* Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in an NHS or mixed practice.
* Proven experience delivering a range of general dental treatments, including restorative and preventive care.
* Strong understanding of NHS dental regulations and requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work within a busy practice environment.
* Desire to pursue ongoing professional development and enhance clinical skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with private dental work, including cosmetic dentistry and elective procedures.
* Knowledge of modern dental technologies and materials (e.g., digital impressions, teeth whitening, etc.).
* Confidence in providing comprehensive treatment plans and patient consultations.
