Regional offices at Taylor Wimpey have a Sales and Marketing department with a Regional Sales and Marketing Director. They co-ordinate and oversee the marketing and sales of individual sites within their region, including their site-based sales advisors and negotiators.
The Taylor Wimpey Sales and Marketing Team are looking for a self-confident, resilient and energetic Marketing Executive who will support the delivery of the marketing strategy for the regional office. The strategy should deliver a strong prospect database for current and future developments, and one which strengthens the Taylor Wimpey brand in local communities and on a national scale.

What you will do:
1. Coordinate the production, accuracy and content of all marketing communications including integrated campaigns via roster creative, media and PR agencies;
2. Maintain the standard rolling three-month plan identifying marketing campaigns for all developments.
3. Regularly update the content of the business unit’s pages, both at Sales and Land phase on the Taylor Wimpey website, ensuring information and availability is accurate;
4. Deliver a consistent Taylor Wimpey brand experience across all channels, using templated creative guidance and best practice guidance.
5. Act as Social Media Lead for the Business Unit, coordinating with Central social media managers to answer queries as set out in the Taylor Wimpey Social Media Guidelines.
6. Ensure the effective implementation of the Taylor Wimpey Development Communication Plan throughout the lifecycle of all developments;
7. Review effectiveness and ROI of campaigns using standard monthly reports and online analytic tools. Use this knowledge for future marketing campaigns.
8. Input into monthly meetings with external agencies using the approved agenda and focus site reports.
9. Monitor the annual marketing budget for the business unit;
10. Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.
11. Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
What you will have:
12. Previous experience in a similar role.
13. Degree in Marketing would be an advantage or a recent CIM qualification.
14. Strong project management/organisational skills.
15. Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
16. Good copywriting skills.
17. Understanding of customer segmentation.
18. Understanding of Facebook and Google marketing products.
19. A keen interest in following marketing trends.
