About the role: As a Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable adults, providing assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans, making it possible for our tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they're able. Whether it's administering medication, personal support, or helping with meals, your empathetic approach will make a real difference to our tenants' lives. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Care & Support Worker, we will offer you: Hourly Rate: £12.25 - £12.50 per hour Role hours and availability: 4 available roles at 18.5 hours per week, on a rolling 4-week rota basis, featuring a mixture of day and back shifts, with weekday and alternative weekend working. 1 available role at 12 hours per week, on a rolling 4-week rota basis, featuring a mixture of day and back shifts, with weekend only working. What we're looking for in our Care & Support Worker: The ideal candidate: Has experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. Holds an SVQ in Health and Social Care or relevant qualification. Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills. Possesses basic IT skills. Previous experience is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and support.
