Caseworker
Salary: £27,615 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews
Covering HMP Winchester - Due to regular travel the role does require access to transport (i.e. daily commutes, multi-site travel on occasion)
What are we looking for?
* Supporting Service Users gain access to all suitable accommodation
* Working alongside multiple partner agencies including the Local Authority, Housing Strategy Teams & Landlords
* Conducting an assessment with all referred Service Users to determine the appropriate level of support required
* Providing intensive support to all Service Users on a one-to-one basis and in group settings dependent on need
* Working with colleagues in partner agencies to achieve successful housing outcomes
To be successful you will require;
* Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
* Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
