What you'll be doing:
1. Lead & Inspire: Manage and support the Customer Care team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service.
2. Customer-Focused: Handle all post-occupation customer issues, ensuring resolutions meet quality standards.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Construction, Technical, Commercial, and Sales teams to uphold NHBC standards, manage claims, maintain compliance and minimise customer care issues.
