Our client established themselves in the early 2010s. They are a trusted partner for local authorities, housing associations, homeowners and energy companies. They specialise in insulation & heating upgrades, and renewable energy solutions.
Due to a period of growth, they are looking for experienced site managers with planned works to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have site management experience on retrofit and planned maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Managing all aspects of retrofit projects
2. Ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with the project programme
3. Implementing and monitoring Health & Safety measures
4. Co-ordination and supervision of site activities, conducting pre-work inspections, set up work areas and perform post inspections of completed works
5. Manage delivery of materials & equipment
6. Delivery of site inductions & toolbox talks
7. Communicating on site with clients, ensuring they fully understand the works to be carried out & answering any queries
8. Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with project forecasts / deadlines
Requirements:
1. Valid UK driving license
2. Previous site management experience preferably in Retrofitting and Planned Maintenance Programs
3. Site management qualification (SMSTS etc.)
4. Good knowledge of CDM requirements
5. Ability to multi-task & be organised
6. Have excellent people & communication skills
