Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will provide assistance to Recruitment Consultants and responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants
* Answering the phone, directing calls, and taking messages
* Managing and updating the database
* Assisting with updating our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
* Preparing CVs using Microsoft Word
* Arranging interviews
* Posting new jobs on the job boards
* General office maintenance and admin duties
Qualifications
The Office Administrator must be highly motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills. We are a positive, friendly office environment where hard work is rewarded.
