Description Managing all customer relationships acting as a first point of contact for customers. Providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. Liaise with other departments within the business to offer a well-rounded service to the customers. Quotation management, producing accurate quotations based on customer requests. Process customer orders timely and accurately. Maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer needs are met. A deep understanding of the company's products allows for more effective customer service. Profile A successful Customer Service Team Member should have: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Strong ability to work within a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
