Job Description
Ventra is currently seeking a Recruiter for an investment immigration and relocation company, which has its Head Office in London. The position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Future tasks:
1. Identifying staffing needs and aligning job profiles with management.
2. Creating and posting job vacancies on various platforms.
3. Actively sourcing candidates, including headhunting and utilizing social media.
4. Screening resumes and conducting preliminary candidate assessments.
5. Conducting interviews and preparing reports on candidates.
6. Organizing the onboarding process and facilitating the adaptation of new employees (~10% from the whole work).
7. Collecting feedback from managers and new hires after the probation period.
8. Developing a talent pool and creating strategies for talent retention.
9. Developing strategies to attract candidates.
10. Collaborating with local recruitment agencies and coordinating their efforts.
We expect:
1. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
2. Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented.
3. High proficiency in English.
4. European citizenship or residence permit in Europe.
