Our client is looking for motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.This is for a family friendly Estate Agents working in the Sales department, must have valuation experience.Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Alternate Saturdays (2 per month) 10am-4pm Bank holidays off Generous annual leave package In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. You will leverage your extensive product knowledge and sales expertise to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their experience. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and sales targets.Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening, providing tailored product recommendations. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team. Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively position our offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that drive footfall and increase sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Experience in mentoring or training others is advantageous. A good understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour is desirable.
