As an Administrator, you will become an essential part of our team, supporting various operational and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of our business. Your role will be diverse and engaging, with responsibilities spanning multiple areas of office management and site support.,
* Logging weekly site returns, plant sheets, and timesheets.
* Arranging CPD sessions and maintaining the training matrix.
* Booking training courses and coordinating employee development activities.
* Processing Amazon invoices, keying invoices, and reconciling supplier statements.
* Managing travel arrangements, including accommodation, flights, train, and car hire bookings.
* Logging health & safety reports and supporting compliance activities.
* Handling reception and telephone duties, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
* Managing accreditations and ensuring timely renewals.

Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Experience managing invoices, statements, and travel bookings is advantageous.
