Customer Account Manager - Utilities Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Based in Park Royal / Acton, West London
Office based role- To start ASAP!!
A well-established Commercial Utilities company in West London is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its busy team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, developing relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Looking for candidates with a background in customer service or account management; must be within the utilities sector.
Duties include:
Manage the commercial relationship with existing Agents
Calculating quotations for gas & liaising with agents and customers
Building long term relationships with agents
Entering account information
Arranging site visits for meter related queries and gas emergency
Answering the telephone and resolving customers queries, also by email
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support other Account ManagersKey skills and experience:
Previous Account Management/Customer/Admin experience in Utilities industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel a must.
Graduate educated preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quick to learn new software and adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
Must be within easy commuting distance to Acton/Park Royal.Benefits:
