Your Responsibilities
As a Drama ECT, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Drama lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
* Work closely with your mentor to refine your teaching practice and receive constructive feedback.
* Encourage students to explore performance, scriptwork, and improvisation, building confidence and creativity.
* Play a key role in school productions, theatre trips, and extracurricular drama activities.
* Foster a love of the performing arts and help students develop vital communication and teamwork skills.
