The high level of specialist knowledge at The Portland is reflected in the services we provide, offering clinical expertise across Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Women`s Health. As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you’ll play an important role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams. We'll look to you to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality educational programmes for both new and existing nursing staff, collaborating or potentially leading on the development of the onboarding process for nursing. Day-to-day you’ll drive educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards, but that elevate the standard of care we offer, using your expertise to identify practice gaps in and implementing educational activities to address them.
