Recruitment Administrator 12-month FTC
Cardiff (Hybrid)
37 Hours per week
This is a great developmental opportunity for an experienced administrator wishing to pursue a career in HR.
What you will be doing:
1. Providing administration support to the People team.
2. Ensuring colleague’s records are kept up to date in line with GDPR.
3. Processing contract changes, leavers/starters, absence management, parental leave.
4. Preparing letters and contracts.
5. Producing reports.
6. Responding to enquiries in line with policies and procedures.
What you will need:
1. Great communication skills.
2. Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
3. Good time management and ability to prioritise.
4. Experience in using Microsoft Office IT systems.
