The Head of Digital will play a critical role in shaping and executing the digital strategy to enhance customer experience, streamline operations and drive business growth. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in all digital channels.
This is a business critical role and will be hybrid with 3 days / week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives
2. Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement, efficiency and service delivery
3. Manage the UX team to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and customer portals.
4. Lead and develop the digital team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
5. Ensure data security and comply with regulators
6. Stay abreast of emerging technology and industry trends
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience in a senior digital leadership role in a regulated environment
2. Strong knowledge of all digital channels
3. Excellent leadership skills with 5+ years in a leadership role
4. Ability to thrive in a fast paced culture and affect change
5. Brilliant communication and influencing skills at all levels
