Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Manager in either Christchurch or Timaru. Isaac Construction is seeking an experienced individual to manage and lead our maintenance operations. If you are passionate about strategic planning and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview
Leadership and Management: Oversee multiple road maintenance contracts and lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance our maintenance capabilities.
Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring contract performance meets expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct and coordinate road maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
2. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
3. Lead and mentor a team of contract managers and supervisors.
4. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in maintenance management, within the road maintenance sector.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
4. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
5. Proficient in project management and resource allocation.
