An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Systems and Process Team as a System Trainer and Helpdesk Supervisor. In this role you will be a key player in supporting end users and providing advice to a wide range of other professionals on utilising a range of corporate systems used across Social Care, Education, Customer Services and others.
The successful applicant will provide first line support for system related helpdesk calls related to multiple corporate systems and will also assist staff from across the Council with any of their system related inquiries. Within this you would be expected to troubleshoot initial issues, resolve where possible, and escalate complex issues to other staff within the team where appropriate. Along side this you will provide training to users when required as well as managing a number of Systems andamp; Process Assistants

This role is fixed term for 18 months to cover a secondment.
